Our small group semi-private personal training sessions focus on fast paced strength and power circuits that will get your heart rate up. This is proven to be the most effective way to increase lean muscle, improve aerobic conditioning and reduce body fat in the shortest amount of time possible. Each session is approximately 45 minutes.
Semi-private personal training offers the same individualized programming for your needs, at a great value. With Semi-private training you will be training with 2-10 people at the same time, so the workouts are dynamic and fun, and you still get the benefit of individualized attention to your program and your needs.
